Amazing Pizza

Let's just say my body has been feeling a little off.  My stomach has been hurting and I have overall just been feeling blah.  As I was walking around at the gym (work) yesterday I resolved that I need to start eating more.  I have been eating less meat, and in return have been taking in less calories, which I believe is making my body hate me.  I have had a really high appetite too!  Anyways, I came home from work and started our pizza pronto!
Best pizza I have had in a long time.
I started out with Boboli, put olive oil and garlic around crust.  Toppings included:  sauce, basil, spinach, pepperoni, bacon, tomato, bell pepper, cheese, and pineapple.  When you are using that many toppings you have to be careful not to over pack it or the pizza flavor gets lost.  This time around it was perfecto!
Served with yummy salad: spinach, iceburg, tomato, cranberries, bell pepper, croutons, mozzarella.
I had this plus another piece of pizza and 2 times the salad:)  I did a good job eating a lot and we had some ice cream for dessert!  Mine was a chocolatey, cookie dough peanut butter explosion and didn't feel like taking a picture because I was devouring it before I thought to.
I have also eaten several other delicious meals since my last post so here they are!  By the way, I am loving my instant oatmeal mix and if you like oatmeal (and don't have a lot of time for breakfast), I suggest you get to the kitchen and make some NOW!
Yesterday my oats with cranberries, walnuts, and peanut butter.
This morning with dole peaches (in 100% fruit juice)!
With peanut butter and walnuts (my version of peaches and cream)!
 Thursday nights bean quesidilla!
With squash and salsa sour cream.
 Delicious!
Danielle's chocolate chip blondie from freezer warmed up and topped with.
Chocolate chip cookie dough Blue Bell.
I have been working late at night and snacking on cereal and peanut butter crackers!  Peanut butter crackers are a comfort food to me because my Dad used to always eat them and share with me:)  Anyways, gotta run, Cliff is home and we are going to hang out and relax.  Have a great weekend.
