1 can of chicken, 1 celery stalk diced, about 3/4 cup grapes cut, 2 rounded Tbsp Mayo, 1 rounded Tbsp sour cream, 1/4 tsp. salt, pepper to taste
Stir well and refrigerate
|Then I made some homemade bagel chips for the first time. I used two honey wheat bagels and sliced each bagel into six slices. It is a little tricky to get them this thin so be careful with your knife...Cliff kept saying, BE CAREFUL!|
Then I put drizzled olive oil over them and rubbed it in with my oil brush. I sprayed pam on the other side. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, I used garlic salt and pepper and a few onion flakes. Next time I will try it with simple salt and pepper!
|Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, flipping after five. After I flipped mine I added Parmesan cheese! You may need to play with the time/oven temp depending on your oven. These were great with my chicken salad, I have had it two days in a row now! Enjoy:)|
